A professionally built business website, hosting, SSL, domain registration or connection, basic business email, contact forms, analytics, maintenance, routine small content updates, and search basics. It does not include ongoing “get found nearby” work — that’s Local.

Setup covers our build and delivery time — getting your site designed, built, and live (usually about 1–2 weeks). Your first month of the subscription is free; monthly billing starts one month after you sign and pay setup.

You pay the setup fee when you sign the contract. Your first month of service is free. Your first monthly bill is due one month after that. After that, monthly billing continues on your plan.

On average, about 1–2 weeks after we start — once we’ve agreed on the plan, you’ve signed, and setup is paid.

Listed monthly rates assume a 12-month commitment so we can keep the upfront cost low by spreading ongoing care across the plan. Month-to-month is available at +25%.

Hosting and the site become unavailable. If we registered your domain, we can transfer it — there’s a transfer fee. Prefer flexibility? Choose month-to-month at +25%.

Yes. Your business keeps ownership. We may register and renew it while you’re subscribed. If we registered it and you leave, we can transfer it for a fee.

Yes. We can connect an existing domain to your Headwater site.

No. Hosting and SSL are included and managed by Headwater.

Where it’s practical, yes. We’ll work with what you already have or set up basic business email as part of the plan.

Routine content changes are included within reason. Larger features, redesigns, or big additions may need extra scope. Once you’re a customer, request changes through Client login.

The client portal (same Auth0 sign-in we use across Headwater) where customers manage billing, request changes, or upgrade their plan.

Every site includes search basics so Google can understand your business. Local adds ongoing work to help nearby customers find you. We don’t guarantee rankings or leads.

No. We sell solid setup and ongoing work — not guaranteed placement, leads, traffic, or revenue.

Yes — Commerce. We prefer Shopify. When a custom store is the better fit, we can build one with Stripe (like CollectIQ). Either path starts with a consultation call.

No. Payment processing, shipping, Shopify (or similar) subscriptions, apps, and other outside costs stay separate. We’ll call them out before you start.
